January is the time for reflection, conservation and restoration to keep our minds and bodies balanced and healthy during this time of year. Taking long walks in
nature, laying on the floor for 5-10 minutes per day, eating warm foods, drinking warm liquids, getting a good night’s sleep and being kind to yourselves are all simple ways to achieve these healthy
practices. Turn down the noise in your lives, lighten up your loads and be quiet. You never know what will be revealed to you.
